B. For Hiring Clients & Employers

  • Company & Contact Details: Company name, work email, contact person name, company size, and website URL.
  • Hiring Specifications: Target design roles (e.g. Lead Product Designer, Founding Designer), seniority expectations, compensation budgets, urgency, and job descriptions.
